PART 1: SET-UP

Getting your podcast up and running will be easy breezy for you because I’ll walk you through exactly what you need to do on your end and I’ll handle everything else (like all the technical stuff).
I’ll make sure your podcast is set-up correctly from the get-go with all the various services and directories. There are more than 35 steps to ensuring that your podcast is set-up properly and I’ll handle them all for you.
podcast launch SET-UP
$300 one-time (base fee)
SET-UP CALL + TESTING: We’ll have an initial kick-off call where I’ll answer all your questions and work with you to get everything set up and tested.
HARDWARE + SOFTWARE: You’ll be ready to rock and sounding like a pro after I get you set up. This step includes an analysis of any hardware and software you already own, my hardware and software recommendations, and a simple process to test and tweak everything so that you sound like a broadcast pro. I’ll guide you through it all.
PODCAST BUILD-OUT: I’ll take care of the 35 steps to build out your podcast in the different podcast players/directories including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, Google Podcasts, Pandora, Stitcher and 50+ more.
PODCAST TRAILER: I’ll include the editing and production of a short trailer that will be highlighted on the directories to hook the listener in, just as a movie trailer does to a movie - as does a podcast trailer to a podcast.
COMMON AUDIO ELEMENTS: There are some audio elements that will be in each podcast, such as your intro and outro. I’ll help you with those including editing so that they sound perfect.
PORTAL: We’ll get you set up in The Podcast Man portal, where you’ll upload your episodes. It’s also our shared workflow space. Everything you need, including episode progress status, is in your portal. It’s easy to use and quick.
PART 2: Launch episode editing + PuBLISHING

I strongly recommend launching with 3-5 episodes so that your new listeners can binge-listen and become subscribers.
All you have to do is record your launch episodes. Then I take them through my exclusive 13-step editing + publishing process (that I call the “Sounds-Awesome Process”) to ensure natural-sounding, professional audio that’s unique to you and your podcast. Part 3: ongoing episode EDITING + PUBLISHING (post-launch)
$425/month
Up to 5 episodes/month. Up to 60 minutes each episode. Additional minutes are $2/minute. Additional episodes are $90/episode. See bottom of page for other pricing options.
Keep the momentum of your podcast going by having me handle all of the ongoing editing + publishing. Insider tip: publishing regularly is how to get ROI on your podcast. All you have to do is record. You can batch record episodes or record each individually.

Part 4: marketing + analytics add-ons
sHOW NOTES + web posting
$275/month
Having show notes and a podcast player on your website is a fantastic way to connect with your listeners. It’s also a slick way to build your email list with opt-ins for additional content. But, show notes and the website player can be hard to keep up with for every single episode. When I handle this, you don’t have to worry about it. I’ll take care of all the details of writing, editing and publishing your show notes to your website with an emphasis on search engine optimization so that your episodes can be found.
SOCIAL MEDIA video clips
$275/month
Of course, you want your followers and potential clients to know about your new podcast episodes. The Podcast Man will determine which moment from the episode is best suited for social media and will create a social-media-ready short clip for each of your episodes. Each video will follow the active speaker and will include a header and live, updated captions and will be formatted for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn and any other dimensions needed.
HUMAN transcription
$275/month
A word-by-word transcription of your podcast gives you the ability to repurpose your excellent content for blog posts, social media, email marketing, video scripts and more. Added to your show notes, it’s ultra-valuable content for that part of your audience who prefers to read the content versus listen. Transcription also helps tremendously with search engine optimization. Humans, yes real people, transcribe your podcast so that it’s accurate and most-useful (which isn’t the case for most transcription services).
Advanced strategy and recommendations
$600/call ($400/call limited-time)
Having a successful podcast is heavily dependent on the strategy and marketing behind it. This add-on entails Zack using his ongoing knowledge of your podcast while teaming up with a fellow podcast strategy expert to analyze your podcast and then hold a team one-hour virtual strategy session. Unlike the other three add-ons that are utilized on a monthly subscription, this add-on is most commonly utilized quarterly.

Guest Expert Workshops: Every month you’ll get access to a live workshop by an expert on topics directly related to your podcast such as your website, SEO, social media, paid traffic, public relations, audio quality and more. Sessions are followed by a live Q&A section. These are recorded and always available in your portal.
